Our Service
Design & Development
We work with the technical sheets sent by the client, we present the qualities of raw materials and go to the budget, after approval of prices we start the development of your product (T-shirts, Shirts, Sweaters…etc.).
Sampling
If the selected raw material is in stock, we will take 1 week to send the prototype, if you have to develop raw material you need 4 weeks. Get a sample to get a quick view and confirm your design before going to production.
Collection & Production
After approval of the prototype, quality, measurements, and lab dips, we can start the manufacturing process and serve orders from 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the type of fabric.
Quality Control
The quality control is always done from the beginning of the process, knits are in the grammage and in the approved color, printed, embroidered, if they are OK with quality, manufacturing and finishing made in Portugal.
Packaging
We make the type of packaging requested for your needs, we can place hang tags, ean code, paper bags, everything that you idealize for your brand.
Shipping
The shipment of the goods is usually sent by truck, we can provide the transport or use a transport suggested by the customer. From Portugal to your door.
